REQUEST FOR QUOTATION - BRAND MANAGEMENT
Apex Shipping & Commercial Co. Ltd. (ASCO), a logistics and freight forwarding company, wishes to appoint a single service provider to enter into a 12-month brand management contract.
Through this contract, ASCO seeks to achieve a consistent brand experience across all platforms to enhance the company’s reputation and increase the awareness and understanding of the company’s services, values and vision.
The company that will be chosen will be required to manage the following:
1. Website Management
2. Social Media Management
3. Re-design of Company Profile
4. Development of Brand manual
5. Company Souvenirs
6. Photography Services
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. Must demonstrate evidence of capacity to meet requirements
2. Must have a minimum staff strength of 3 designers to ensure constant and uninterrupted delivery of service and communication.
3. Must provide copies of previous works.
4. Must have in-house photographer to handle all photography requirements.
5. Must have experience in Motion Graphics demonstrated through previous work.
6. Must have 2 or more years of experience in graphic design or branding as evidenced by a resume and references.
7. Must demonstrate experience creating brand guidelines or templates.
8. Must have advanced experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Coral Suite, Photoshop and other graphic designing software.
9. Must have the ability to quickly respond to and deal with sudden changes in plan.
